Navigating Grief: A Workshop for Education and Support

This FREE, two-week workshop is open to any adult mourner that would like to learn more about grief through the life cycle, complicated grief, trauma and some healthy approaches to coping with life after loss.  This workshop is experiential and supportive. Each participate will receive helpful readings, resources and be invited to participate in discussions/ activities as comfortable. Both sessions must be attended to participate.

RSVP by 2/1, pre-registration is required for participation.

Teen Paint Night

Grab a friend and show your artistic side at a fun new event open to teens ages 13-18 who are grieving the loss of someone close to them. 

At this FREE event you'll

  • Create a Boston themed painting with the help of an instructor
  • Enjoy a fajita bar dinner
  • Connect with other teens over shared experiences
  • Leave with your one of a kind painting 

All painting materials will be provided. No artistic ability or painting experience is necessary.
